Terms of Service

1. Who we are

GOHVY ("we", "us") provides a high-intensity training app available at app.gohvy.com and, in future, through mobile app stores. Contact: support@gohvy.com.

2. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using GOHVY you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Your account

You sign in with your email address using one-time codes. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure. You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion permanently removes your account, subscription state, AI usage records, and synced workout history from our servers.

4. Free training and GOHVY Pro

• Free forever: training plans, workout logging, progression targets, and workout history.
• GOHVY Pro (paid): detailed Workout Analysis and MILO, subject to a daily fair-use limit on AI requests.
• New accounts receive a free 7-day GOHVY Pro trial. No payment details are required for the trial, and it does not convert into a paid subscription automatically.

5. Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

GOHVY Pro is sold as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. Checkout and billing are handled by RevenueCat with payment processing by Stripe; prices are shown in your local currency at checkout before you pay. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Statutory withdrawal and refund rights in your country are unaffected; for refund requests contact support@gohvy.com.

6. Health disclaimer

GOHVY is not medical advice. High-intensity training is demanding. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are new to resistance training. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use GOHVY, and perform any exercise it describes, entirely at your own risk.

7. MILO, the AI Coach

MILO generates responses with artificial intelligence based on your logged training data. Responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are provided for general information only — they are not medical, physiotherapeutic, or professional advice. Apply your own judgment and the health guidance in section 6.

8. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to breach security, scrape or resell the service, abuse MILO beyond its fair-use limits, or use GOHVY for anything unlawful. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

GOHVY, its branding, training programs, and content are our property or licensed to us. You keep all rights to your own training data. Muscle icons created by cube29 – Flaticon (flaticon.com).

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GOHVY is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury resulting from your training decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes

We may update the service and these terms. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or in the app) before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts, except where the consumer law of your country of residence grants you mandatory protections or venue rights.
